DESCRIPTION:BOHOGS will host a site visit at Mt Arthur Coal Mine followed by a technical meeting in Singleton (Charbonnier Motor Inn) on Friday the 2nd of September 2022. \nPLEASE NOTE: Entry requirements to Mt Arthur Coal Mine and MAS is double vaccination for COVID. \nDATE: \nFriday 2nd September 2022 – 9am to 5pm \nLOCATION: \nMt Arthur Coal mine\n500 Thomas Mitchell Dr\, Muswellbrook NSW 2333 \nCharbonnier Motor Inn\n44 Maitland Rd\, Singleton NSW 2330 \nAGENDA: \n9:00am – Visitors arrive and complete visitor inductions and site presentations\n10:00am – Pit tour\n12:30pm – Sign off site visitor register and leave site\n1:00pm – Lunch at the Charbonnier Motor Inn\, Singleton\, NSW\n2:00pm – Technical Presentations: \n\nKlaus Thoeni/David Guccione (University of Newcastle): ACARP Project C29050 concerning photogrammetric monitoring\nSimit Raval (University of New South Wales): Image based automated characterisation of waste materials.\nPaul Davies (GroundProbe): GroundProbe technology update – BlastVision and Precision Atmospherics\nIan Brown (TAGAsoft) – 3D aspects of spoil stability\n\n4:00pm – Afternoon tea and social drinks \nNOTE: There are currently three confirmed presentations and room for one more.
