BOHOGS will be hosting a site visit at Saraji Mine (QLD) on Wednesday 12th of March, 2025.

Site visit numbers are now full – thanks to everyone that has RSVP’d so far. 

The technical session of the site visit will be hosted on Webex – so please look out for the online meeting details, closer to the date.

Time: 11am – 3:00pm followed by social drinks / networking at local venue in Dysart

Site Access recommended time 10:30-10:45
PPE required – Hart hat, work boots, glasses, high vis.  We will have some spares, but hopefully people can bring their own.

About Saraji Mine:
The Saraji mine is an open pit coal mine located near Dysart in Queensland’s Bowen Basin on the traditional lands of the Barada Barna people. It is one of Australia’s largest mines, by recoverable coal reserves. Saraji mines the Moranbah Coal Measures, blending from up to 11 coal seams.
